OLD SCHOOL APPAREL - TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Old School Apparel! Below you'll find our simplified Terms of Service. We’ve trimmed out the legal jargon and kept it real — so you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, so give them a quick read!

1. GETTING STARTED

To shop with us, you need to be of legal age in your country or have a parent or guardian's permission. When you place an order or browse our shop, we might ask for your name, contact details, and shipping info — make sure these are accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your login info safe. If anything unusual happens with your account, let us know right away.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We do our best to show accurate colors and details of every item. But depending on your screen or device, colors might appear slightly different.

Product availability, designs, and descriptions can change anytime without notice. We also reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an order is your way of saying, “I want this.” We’ll confirm once it’s accepted. If there are any issues, like stock problems or payment errors, we’ll get in touch.

Make sure to double-check your order before submitting — we may not be able to cancel once it's placed. If we do need to cancel or adjust your order, we’ll contact you.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in your local currency unless stated otherwise. They don't include shipping or applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

Please provide complete and accurate billing details. You're responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship nationwide via trusted couriers like J&T, Ninja Van, or LBC. Shipping usually takes 3–7 days, and we'll send you a tracking link once it's out.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We’re not liable for courier delays or situations beyond our control once your package has been shipped.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your item, as long as it's unused, unwashed, and still in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at oldschoolapparel.shopify@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for instructions before sending anything back.

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Items returned without prior approval

If your return is approved, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

7. CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders require a minimum quantity (usually 15 pcs or more). Once confirmed, these are final and non-refundable. We’ll work closely with you during the design process to make sure everything’s perfect.

8. PRIVACY

We value your privacy. We only collect the info we need to fulfill your orders and improve your experience. For full details, check our Privacy Policy.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, and content on our site belong to Old School Apparel. Please don’t copy or use them without permission. Respect our work — we work hard on it.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

Sometimes we link to other websites or use tools from third-party providers. We’re not responsible for their content or services, so use them at your own discretion.

11. FEEDBACK

Got ideas or suggestions? We love feedback! If you send us a review or comment, we may feature it on our site or socials (with credit, of course).
