Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines. Whether you’re in the city or province, we’ll get your order delivered right to your doorstep.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted third-party couriers like:

• J&T Express

• Ninja Van

• LBC

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

• Processing time: 1–2 business days (for in-stock items)

• Shipping time: 3–7 business days depending on your location

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promos — follow us on socials to stay updated!

Order Tracking

Once your item has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can monitor the delivery status directly through the courier's website.

Missed Deliveries / Incomplete Address

If an item is returned to us due to incorrect shipping info or failed delivery attempts, we’ll reach out to re-arrange shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
