As one of the key members behind OldSchool Apparel, she plays an essential role in keeping the brand’s daily operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
Her responsibilities extend across multiple areas of the business—from monitoring system errors and canceled or delayed orders to managing order details across our online platforms, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. She also handles waybill printing, verifies orders, and carefully checks details to help prevent errors before they happen.
When things get busy and customer inquiries begin to pile up, she steps in with the same calm and professionalism. Her ability to communicate respectfully, work under pressure, and pay close attention to even the smallest details makes her an important part of the team.

OPERATIONS & E-COMMERCE LEAD
Keeping Things Organized, Responsive, and Moving Forward
As part of the core team behind Old School Apparel, she plays a key role in managing the brand’s customer communication and e-commerce operations. She directly handles client inquiries, customer concerns, feedback, and negative reviews, making sure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
She also monitors the performance of our online stores across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, helping maintain strong store ratings, customer satisfaction, and overall account performance. When platform violations, account issues, or other concerns arise, she takes the lead in resolving them and finding practical solutions to keep our stores running smoothly and compliant with platform requirements.
Beyond customer and platform operations, she also manages the Old School Apparel website and product preparation. She handles product listings, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and presentation, carefully reviewing each product to make sure everything is accurate, complete, and ready before release.
Her role also extends to coordinating with online store partners and platform representatives, keeping up with platform updates, policies, and changes that may affect the business.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, she helps keep Old School Apparel connected to its customers, organized across its platforms, and continuously moving forward.
LEAD GRAPHIC ARTIST

LIVE SELLING & PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Leading the Live Team and Keeping Things Moving
As the leader of our live selling team, he plays an important role in coordinating and guiding our live sellers during OldSchool Apparel’s live selling activities. He helps keep the team organized, supports the flow of each live session, and makes sure our customers receive clear and engaging product information in real time.
His responsibilities also extend to the operations behind each order. He prepares job orders, helps monitor and maintain product inventory, and assists in making sure stocks and order details are properly accounted for. These tasks help keep production and order processing organized and running smoothly.
He also assists with packing parcels and other day-to-day operational tasks, stepping in wherever his support is needed. His ability to take on different responsibilities allows him to contribute both to our live selling activities and to the work that happens behind the scenes.

As our Driver & Logistics Associate, he plays an important role in keeping Old School Apparel’s day-to-day operations moving. From picking up finished stocks and transporting supplies to handling urgent purchases such as threads and other garment needs, he helps make sure materials and orders get where they need to be on time.
His responsibilities also extend beyond transportation. He assists with supply runs, moving stocks and equipment, and handling heavy boxes whenever needed. His willingness to step in and help with different operational tasks makes him a dependable part of the team.
